Join Montana Audubon's Alert Network, Armchair Activist
What is an Armchair Activist?
Montana Audubon has created an action network that works. You can easily make your opinions known to decision-makers in a timely, effective manner. This alert program plays a critical role in our fight against catastrophic climate change and in our work on key conservation issues during the Montana Legislature. Activists will generally receive alerts via email. The alert may then ask you to to send an email, make a phone call, or write a letter.
How can I become a part of this e-action network?
It's easy. Simply fill out the form below and be sure to click JOIN NOW at the bottom.

How will I know what topics or issues are crucial?
During the Montana Legislature, you may receive several alerts per month. Outside of the legislature, you will be sent an Armchair Activist Alert approximately ten times per year. Each alert will include a description of the issue, why it is important to Audubon, who to write, what arguments to make in the email or letter, and a sample copy of an email message or letter for you to copy or personalize. A few minutes of editing and your voice can help decision makers realize just what an important issue this is to Montana Audubon and its' grassroots members.
The Armchair Activist program makes it easy for people to take action with a minimum time commitment. Your voice is needed!
If you have questions about how this works, email or call Amy Cilimburg: 406-465-1141.
