2021 Legislative Session

The Team

Our 2021 legislative team is our Director of Policy and Science, Amy Seaman, [email protected],  and our Conservation and Legislative Assistant, Carmen Borchelt, [email protected], and YOU! Learn how you can participate here.

Bill Tracker

Use Montana Audubon’s Legislative Bill Tracker PDF to stay current with the most recent legislative happenings. You can see where a bill is in the process, read facts about different legislative proposals, and see our postion on the bill.

Remote testify

This has long been a goal of many legislative leaders, but that wish became a necessity with the pandemic and the need to limit the number of people in the Capitol. Montana Audubon’s lobbying team is prepared and ready to take on the State Capitol remotely and help you too! We hope you’ll take advantage of this new opportunity!

We will work tirelessly to bring you, our fellow advocates, the information you need to raise your voice. During the session we will maintain an active “Action Alert Network” and make sure to help you navigate all of the logistical challenges we are sure to encounter this session.
