Breaking News: A special THANK YOU to all of our supporters – together, we helped avert another attack on one of the most important federal laws protecting birds, the Migratory Bird Treaty Act. Thanks to your support, Congressman Duncan today withdrew his amendment to a spending bill that would have prohibited enforcement of the MBTA as well as the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act!

But the work isn’t over. Threats to the MBTA remain, along with other threats to birds like Greater Sage-Grouse. Please sign our action alert – and make sure Congress knows how important bird protection laws are to you, and to birds:
