Adam Cupito
Montana Audubon
ACR Ecologist
Helena
Adam is from Cincinnati, Ohio, and became enamored with the natural world from a young age going camping and hiking. His conservation career has been focused on avian ecology and habitat management, pursuing an interest in learning how birds respond to changing landscapes. Adam has held positions in a dozen states and at a bird banding station in Sweden, and conducted his master’s thesis on bird and plant community responses to prescribed thinning in pinyon-juniper woodlands. Outside of work, he can be found biking, birding, skiing, or enjoying a movie or show.
