Peter Dudley

Born and raised in Charlottesville, VA, Peter developed a love for the natural world while exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains at a young age. While earning a degree in Anthropology and Environmental Studies from Haverford College, he focused his studies on resource conservation and landscape ecology. Peter first came to Montana Audubon as a Big Sky Watershed Corps member in 2021, and helped launch the Audubon Conservation Ranching program in Montana. He would later take on a policy role in 2023 and lead MTA’s policy efforts during the 2025 Legislative Session.
