CALL FOR VEHICLE DONATIONS!
We are looking for used vehicle donations to support our statewide conservation work. Whether you recently purchased a vehicle or are planning on it, consider donating your used vehicle to a good cause. Support Montana Audubon and our mission to promote the appreciation, knowledge and conservation of our native birds, other wildlife, and natural ecosystems by donating your vehicle!
We are looking for a variety of vehicles! However, our priority right now is finding a pick-up truck to support our grounds work and maintenance at the Montana Audubon Center in Billings. The Center is approaching its busiest season and our current truck is on its last legs! For more than 20 years, the Center has provided the Billings community with a place to explore, learn, and engage with nature. Once a gravel pit, the Center’s 54 acres has been restored to be a place where children and families go to connect with the outdoors. From weekend family programs to year-round preschool classes, the Center has something for everyone. Check out all of our programs here.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our visitors, the grounds at the Center require constant maintenance throughout the season, and a reliable truck is essential for this work!
In addition to a pickup truck, we’re looking for other vehicles to support the following programs:
- Our bird science work across the state, from the Helena Valley to Glacier National Park, to Yellowstone, and more.
- The Center’s Audubon Naturalists in Schools (ANTS) program provides hands-on nature education to elementary school students in the Billings area.
- Birding trips, staff retreats, annual bird festival, and more.
