Cancellation & Refunds

If you have registered for the festival and need to cancel, please notify Montana Audubon as soon as possible.

Refunds of 50% will be issued if notice of cancellation is received a minimum of 14 days in advance, by May 29. Refunds will not be issued after May 29. Contact us if you’d like to discuss the option of converting your registration fee to a donation toward our mission.

Montana Audubon reserves the right to cancel the festival or individual field trips. If Montana Audubon cancels the festival, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued within two (2) weeks of the cancellation date.
