Student Scholarships Available

This year, Five Valleys Audubon Society is generously sponsoring up to 15 student scholarships. The scholarships will cover the $150 student registration fee.

These scholarships are open to students of all ages, but preference will be given to younger students. To apply, please fill out this form: Wings Across the Big Sky- Student Scholarship Application.

SATURDAY, May 31
5:30–6:45 am — Buffet Breakfast
6:15 am — A Field Trips Depart
6:45 am — B Field Trips Depart
1:00 pm — Field Trips Return (approximate)
2:00–4:00 pm — Bird Science Lectures (times and presenters TBA)
4:00 pm — Social with Cash Bar
5:30 pm — Buffet Dinner; State of the Birds Address; Awards Ceremony; Live Auction

SUNDAY, JUNE 1
5:30–6:45 am —  Buffet Breakfast
6:15 am — A Field Trips Depart

Registration options

• Member ($245)
• Non-member ($265)
• Non-member and want to become a member, or renew my membership ($295)
• Student ($150)

Each registration includes:

• Your choice of one field trip on Saturday and one field trip on Sunday
• Saturday and Sunday breakfast buffet
• Saturday and Sunday boxed lunch
• Friday and Saturday evening banquet*

*NOTE- there is an option on the registration form to purchase a ticket to bring a guest to one or both of the evening banquets. A guest is someone who is not registered for the festival, and will ONLY attend the banquet. If you are registering for the festival, your banquet tickets for each night are included in the full registration.* 

Cancellations and Refunds

If you have registered for the festival and need to cancel, please notify Montana Audubon as soon as possible.

Refunds of 50% will be issued if notice of cancellation is received a minimum of 14 days in advance, by May 16. Refunds will not be issued after May 16. Contact us if you’d like to discuss the option of converting your registration fee to a donation toward our mission.

Montana Audubon reserves the right to cancel the festival or individual field trips. If Montana Audubon cancels the festival, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued within two (2) weeks of the cancellation date.
