Montana Audubon

Montana Audubon works at the local, state and national policy levels to protect our natural heritage.

2019 Christmas Bird Count

Over 30 Christmas Bird Counts (CBC) will take place in Montana this winter. The CBC is the longest running citizen science program on earth and is coordinated by National Audubon. Plan to join a count in Montana this winter, which will take place between mid-December 2019 and early January 2020.

To find a Montana count (and to sign up for an event), see the National Audubon Society CBC webpage.
