Montana Bird Conservation Partnership: The Montana Bird Conservation Partnership (MBCP) is a coalition of representatives from state, federal, and tribal agencies, nongovernmental organizations, and the private sector dedicated to conserving bird populations and habitats in Montana. Montana Audubon plays a leadership role.

University of Montana Avian Science Center: The mission of the Avian Science Center is to promote ecological awareness and informed decision making through the collection, synthesis, and dissemination of science-based information on western birds.
University of Montana Bird Ecology Lab, UMBLE: The Bird Ecology Lab contributes to knowledge of avian ecology through a combination of original research, long-term and ecological effects monitoring, education, and community engagement.
