The Office Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the Helena office, which includes general office organization; administrative support for staff; making deposits and accurate data entry of all gifts; providing information to donors, volunteers, and the general public; overseeing office machinery and systems; and purchasing equipment, supplies, printed material, and postage. This staff position will, as requested, assist in the coordination of the annual bird festival, other events, and facility logistics for the organization. This is a full-time position.

The Development Director is a permanent full-time staff person whose primary responsibility is to coordinate all fund development activities, working with the Executive Director and the Development Committee to promote a culture of philanthropy throughout the organization. Duties include managing major donor cultivation and solicitation, grant research and writing, overseeing annual fund activities such as appeal letters, email solicitations and monthly giving program, and promoting and managing planned gifts.
